10 Min Block Quilt #77

a few months back we ran a class 

for the 10 min Block 

for our Beginners :) 

the Quilt we are looking at today 

belongs to Kathy...

Kathy has only just come to the world of 

Patchwork and Quilting 

but has very much fallen in love

with the hobby 

Kathy decided that she wanted to make a bigger 

quilt for her project 

Most of the other students went 

for smaller quilts 

and with her left over fabrics

she decided to do some 

matching pillow slips 

but using another technique 

called crazy patch 

we used an all over quilting pattern 

flower and stipple 

and used a cream cotton

it is very striking and I just love these fabrics :) 

I am off to my next quilt

Gotta love a Tractor Quilt #76

Today we are looking at Erica's 

John Deer Tractor Quilt 

we used a free Motion Stipple all 

over except for the panel 

with that we just outlined the picture 

we used a grey cotton on the top and 

back of the quilt
