How to Make DDs Windowpane Quilt Block
Block #10

What you Need:
1 fat Quarter White Fabric - Background (either plain or tone on tone)
1 Fat Denim Blue ( Either plain or print)
1 Fat Teal Blue ( Either plain or print)
Sewing Machine with ¼” foot
Rotary Cutter
Cutting Mat
Quilting Ruler
Matching Threads
Thread Snips
Best Press
Alphabitties (Affiliate Link)
Iron and Ironing Pad

Cutting Instructions:

Please use cutting instructions below ...there is no print out this month. As this block is an easy one



Cutting Instructions



From the White Background Fabric


Cut 4 ✂
1¾" x 8” Strips.
Cut 2 4⅝ " squares. then Crosscut so you have
2 triangles from each square.
Cut 2 ✂ 3⅛ " Squares

Denim Blue 
Cut 4 ✂ 1¾ x 8” Strips.

Teal Blue Blue 
Cut 4 ✂ 3" Squares
Cut 2 ✂ 3⅛ " Squares


 Refer to Printable Cutting instructions for further cutting of squares
*****Note****
We are using SCANT Quarter inch seam allowance throughout the pattern

Hi and Welcome to Darvanalee Designs Studio, my name is Nicole Reed. In today's video, I show you how to make an easy Quilter's planner/Journal cover...These measurements you need for the Quilter's Planner are as follows

Fabric

Exterior Fabric  - 1 ✂ 20¼” x 10¾
Lining Fabric - 1 ✂ 20¼” x 10¾
Flaps/Sleeves - 2 ✂ 14¾ ” x 10¾ ( I used the same as my Exterior for these
Fabric Ribbons - 2 ✂ 2” x 14”
Binding Strips -  2 ✂ 2” x 7”

Interfacing

Fusible Fleece - 1 ✂ 20¼” x 10¾  
Vilene Soft iron on or SF101 - 1 ✂ 20¼” x 10¾
Flaps/Sleeves -  2 ✂ 14¾ ” x 10¾
