Strippy Quilt #67

I am running a bit behind schedule 
with my Blogging :( anyway 

Today we are looking at 

Leanne. M's Quilt 

this simple little quilt 

is made with a Jelly Roll

as the fabric had pins on it 

Leanne Decided that she was 

going to have 

a Sewing Theme for her 

quilting 

we used a cream cotton

and as you can see we 

have needles,thread and cotton reels

as you can see from the pictures it turned out fantastic 

I just love it such a simple quilt pattern 

many years of enjoyment to come 

I am sure :) :)

Woo Hoo we are now at Quilt #66

It has been an amazing year

here at Darvanalee Designs 

this year that is for sure 

we are now at Quilt 66 

this one is a great use of all those leftover 

fabrics from different projects that you just don't 

know what to do with 

well as you can see here it is a very simple quilt

could be easily complete in a day 

we used a variegated Purple thread

and used an all over quilting design

of an owl and flower

I just love purple and there are soo many in this one such a simple quilt and yet soo 

pretty :) :) 
I just have to finish off the binding and its will 
be done :) 

I am off to quilt up the next quilt
